1. Account Registration & Security

To submit products, write reviews, or participate in beta testing cohorts, you must register for an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete contact information (such as a valid email address).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account verification codes and login sessions.
• You may not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any startup or organization.
• Accounts found generating abusive, fraudulent, or malicious activities will be suspended or permanently banned.

2. Creator Submissions & Intellectual Property

Launchloop is built for makers and tech builders. We respect and protect your intellectual property:

• You Own Your Product: Founders retain 100% ownership, copyright, and trade secrets of their products, code, logos, and trademarks. Launchloop claims zero ownership over your intellectual property.
• License to Display: By submitting your product, you grant Launchloop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your product title, description, screenshots, and logo for the purposes of indexing, discovery, community feedback, and search engine optimization.
• Originality & Authority: You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses and rights to the software, images, and content you submit.

4. Beta Testing Cohorts & Tester Etiquette

Our beta testing program bridges early-stage creators with real testers:

• Actionable Feedback: Testers agree to provide genuine, constructive bug reports, usability notes, and feedback to cohort creators.
• Pre-Release Software: Beta software is under active development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or downtime. Testers acknowledge that software is provided as-is for testing purposes.
• Confidentiality: If a creator designates their beta cohort as private or embargoed, testers agree not to publicly disclose, leak, or redistribute unreleased features without explicit written consent.

5. Paid Subscriptions & Creator Pro Plans

Launchloop offers optional paid creator tiers (Pro) for enhanced launch visibility, telemetry, and priority placement:

• Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize recurring subscription charges according to your selected billing interval.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard. Your Pro benefits will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
• Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of initial purchase by contacting support.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Launchloop is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Launchloop does not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for third-party products listed by community creators. In no event shall Launchloop, its founders, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that harms Launchloop, other users, or third parties.
